2024 – Best Architectural Metal Work Project
Graepels won the 2024 Irish Steel Award for its work on the Mill Lane Apartment Block in Drogheda.
The project transformed a derelict site into a striking modern building. Graepels contribution was our custom perforated metal cladding.

2025 – Best Restoration Project
In 2025, Graepels received the Irish Steel Award for Best Restoration Project for its work at Camden Fort Meagher, County Cork.
At the heart of the project is a bespoke Picture Perf installation — designed, engineered, and manufactured by Graepels using precision perforated metal. The piece captures the last known photograph of the RMS Titanic afloat, transforming a historic image into an enduring public artwork.
