Manufacturing Laser

Thinking Metal, Thinking Laser? Think Graepels.
From profiled components to decorative metal and laser cut text. We bring your drawings from concept to fruition.
Our laser cutting machine with CO2 lasers combine high performance with cut quality that is second to none. Cutting smooth edges eliminating the need for post-processing and providing micro burr free cutting results.

What is CO2 Laser?

CO2 laser uses a gas mixture typically consisting of carbon dioxide, nitrogen, hydrogen, and helium. CO2 is a type of gas laser where carbon dioxide (CO2) gas is the primary medium that amplifies the light.
Electrical energy is applied to excite the gas mixture. This energy causes the nitrogen molecules to become excited, which in turn transfers energy to the CO2 molecules.
Graepels accept a variety of file formats. Including DWG, DXF and SVG.

Laser Cutting, Machinery Capabilities

Graepels laser cut with CO2 and have the ability to cut a variety of material types and thicknesses, with precision and accuracy. Our machine produces very fine and detailed cuts, essential for applications requiring high precision.
Our laser cutting is a high-speed operation, thus increasing productivity. Our laser cutting services can be combined with our perforating and fabrication capabilities to provide cohesive design solutions.
Graepels work closely with our customers and understand the level of detailed planning that goes into
every project. Quality and accuracy are at the fore, particularly for laser cutting work as high precision is required, from component parts to intricate decorative designs.

Edge Quality: Our CO2 lasers produce clean, smooth edges, reducing the need for additional finishing. Advanced cutting technology ensures minimal burring, enhancing the quality of the final product.

Tight Tolerances: Our machines achieve tight tolerances, critical for components requiring high precision. Consistent quality is maintained across all production runs, ensuring each piece meets your exact specifications.

Graepels classifies its laser cutting into three categories:

  • Profiled Components
  • Decorative Laser
  • Laser Cut Text
