Etching
Think Perforatation - Think Graepels
What is Etching?
Etching uses a chemical or electrochemical process to remove a fine layer of metal from selected areas of a sheet. It creates crisp patterns, text, logos and markings without cutting through the material. Etched detail suits signage, nameplates, decorative panels and part identification on stainless steel, brass and other metals. Speak to our team about adding etched detail to your project.

Etching removes a fine layer from the surface of the sheet. It marks the metal without cutting through it, so the sheet keeps its full thickness. The level of detail depends on the material and the artwork. Send us your design and we will confirm what can be achieved before we start.
