Perforated 5mm Mild Steel

Perforated metal is an excellent choice for vision screens and sunshades, as it offers protection from the sun’s rays, without obstructing the user’s view.  This impressive perforated vision screen was manufactured by Graepels and is located in the beautiful seaside town of Portrush, Co Antrim. As part of this project, a wave was perforated into 5mm thick mild steel panels. The contrasting colours within the metal panels act as a striking addition to the sea-side area, and perfectly complement the grey toned tiles along the walkway. A number of the perforated panels were curved for this project, further adding to the whicmiscal ocean side theme. Round perforation shapes were chosen, however, Graepels also manufacture perforated metal sheets in a range of geometric, decorative and bespoke shapes.
